My intention was to clarify the situation, as we need to ensure these guidelines are respected for the comfort of our in-house guests.After our conversation, a waitress immediately came to assist you with your order, and I allowed you to remain on the sunbeds as an exception. We would also like to note that service is typically much faster when seated in the restaurant area.We are sorry if the interaction felt uncomfortable, as this was not our intention.
