Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that our sunbeds are reserved exclusively for hotel guests and villa residents, as outlined in our property rules. They are not available for use regardless of whether an order has been placed.I was the manager who approached you personally. My intention was to clarify the situation, as we need to ensure these guidelines are respected for the comfort of our in-house guests. After our conversation, a waitress immediately came to assist you with your order, and I allowed you to remain on the sunbeds as an exception. We would also like to note that service is typically much faster when seated in the restaurant area.We are sorry if the interaction felt uncomfortable, as this was not our intention. We always aim to communicate our policies in a respectful and professional manner. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please feel free to contact us at [email protected] you for your understanding.
