Mika and team along with their manager were PHENOMENAL! We were feeling sad about the last dinner of our honeymoon, but they pulled out all the stops. Gave us a special private table, decorated the table with white linens and candles, and even prepared a special dessert for us. It was truly touching and an amazing extra mile. Thank you! Once you get a hold of the waiter, the service is good. We tried the beach grill while at the pool days in a row, it is very very hard to get a hold of the waiters there, they don’t pass around. You either have to go to them or wave and hope for them to see you. The food is okay, our pizza was covered with burnt flour ash at the bottom, they happily changed it, but we already waited a long time to get it in the first place and kids were hungry. The seasonal fruits platter was excellent and fresh! Pineapple juice was good! The salad was fresh and tasted great (too much lettuce vs toppings). Chicken nuggets and fries were good! The beef/ steak sandwich was so delicious! Overall good food, service needs improvement (readiness and availability). Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
