We had the pleasure of dining at Blue Ox in Pai, and it was an excellent experience. During our stay, we went there twice, which says a lot about how much we enjoyed it. After several months traveling around Asia, we were especially happy to finally find a place serving truly high-quali ty meat, perfectly cooked. It was definitely a highlight for us. The risottos are also a must-try: both the truffle and the pesto versions were absolutely delicious, creamy, flavorful, and very well executed. Overall, the experience was truly enjoyable, with great food and a warm atmosphere. We highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Pai. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
