My wife was queuing to order a waffle just a minute ago at around 7.55 -8pm 16June2026. While it was her turn to order, the cashier literally ignored her and take the other customer his tray and attend to him instead of my wife . What kind of service is this ? And whats the point of queuing? And even if the waffle station is closed, could have just tell my wife instead of ignoring her .

I am a regular at the pasir ris mall outlet. I normally buy the char siew, otak and red bean buns. Lately the ingredients are all almost reduced to half ! The red bean paste is much less and dry. Otak piece is smaller, the charsiew is dry and less. Is this costs cutting though size is same? I have stopped buying since last week. Bad! The usual polite staff said could be due to new staff?! Or cost cutting? Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

The store assistant earlier this morning totally made my day! I was looking for the sandwiches and merely glanced at the ones cooling down in the rack. She noticed it right away and asked if I wanted one. Thank you for being attentive :) Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
