Had the beef bacon burger and instead of bacon it was chicken ham (?) and a tiny bit of lettuce. Fries was barely cooked. For the price point, the taste and portion is not worth it. Service: Takeaway Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

11 Feb 2026. totally disappointed when i ordered Spring Chicken for takeaway. firstly it cost surprisingly $16 (i never see the price on the menu.) i just ordered because the ones in the heater(display) looks tempting. Expensive if food is nice, its worth it.. at Home... when i open the 1 box. disappointed. its cut into 4 pcs (not 1 whole). look so skinny. looks to be RE-FRIED because its hard. in the pic, its only a picture of half the chicken... never did took a pic of whole. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

22-Aug-2024, 12:41pm. My parents went there lunch time and they saw other patrons eat-in the spring chicken and looks so good. They decided to get takeaway spring chicken afterwards and upon reaching the car and they opened it, the chicken was dark and hard. Being a food stall owners themselves, my Dad decided to go back and ask the Bread gang staffs there. He asked nicely and to answer truthfully if the chicken was re-cooked again from yesterday’s leftover and they nodded yes. It’s not cool la guys to serve bad quality food and not fresh for Takeaways. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Recommended dishes: Spring Chicken Set

Dear Sir, our sincere apologies first. I have checked with all my staff involved in the conversation with your dad and there might be a slight miscommunication over what happened. I have to admit that the chicken looks pretty overcooked, however rest assured that it is not "leftover chicken" from yesterday. Let me explain: Our chicken are half fried daily at 9am and split in 2 batches, one for front display and the other at the back for orders. Upon every order we will refry for 2 mins so that you get your hot fried chicken order. What was communicated by my staff was that the chicken was fried just now in the morning when questioned whether it was fresh or not. We do accept responsibility that the chicken was overcooked, definitely left in the fryer for more than the usual 2 mins due to the staff mistake.
