I had a wonderful buffet experience at M Hotel. The food selection was great, with a good variety of dishes, and everything I tried was fresh and delicious. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome throughout the meal. A special thank you to Amilyn Jo, who provided exceptional service. She was warm, professional, and always had a smile on her face. She was attentive to our needs and made sure we had everything we needed, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely return for another buffet. Highly recommend, especially if you're lucky enough to be served by Amilyn Jo! Very lovely ambience to have dinner with very friendly staff Amelyn and Jas attending to us. Wide variety of food, loved the beef soup and nyonya laksa, Also loved the very fresh seafood on ice. Will come again! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a good time at the weekend dinner buffet with extended family at The Buffet Restaurant at M Hotel City Centre Singapore. We called the restaurant to make a booking and were told it would be 2 tables due to high turnout expected, though fortunately they could arrange us side by side. Taking the opportunity to commend Amelyn as I was pleasantly surprised when she reached out after the call to say that she managed to reserve one big table for us! At the restaurant, Amelyn also came by to check that my family was dining fine. Food selection is largely Peranakan (so expect spicy), but I think it could have been a bit more varied. When it was time to pay, Amelyn also patiently explained the different dining promotions and the ongoing Culinary Compass dining campaign by the Millennium Group in Singapore. Thanks to MyMillennium status, we were able to save a certain percentage off the dinner bill. The ambience was great with live music on weekend nights! One feedback for management - I saw lobster kueh pie tee on the online menu, but at the actual buffet station it turned out to be prawn kueh pie tees - my family was fine with it but the restaurant should align actual with online to avoid misrepresenting to the consumers. Overall good value for money and fairly walkable from Tanjong Pagar MRT. Thank you again Amelyn for the personable experience! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Recommended dishes: Dessert Platter Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options. Durian pengat is something to look forward to! Wheelchair accessibility: Didn't see wheelchair-friendly access from the main road to the hotel. Inside the hotel there is a lift to the restaurant floor, but beyond the restaurant main entrance are some steps.
