We went to the C3 Lab and were absolutely surprised by the mastery of their dishes! We ended up buying both tacos and burritos, equally impressed. Chef is clearly a seasoned veteran, and this gem in the middle of Shizuoka has to be visited if you travel through! Enjoy and thank me later Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Chef made a fitting and well put dish for a vegan friend!
