Avoid this place. About a month ago, we came to The Cashew Tree for lunch and a swim. We ordered two drinks and paid 200 THB per child to use the pool. Within minutes, my son hit his head on a stone bench inside the pool and was bleeding quite bad. We rushed him to the clinic next door. When we returned, the staff showed no concern whatsoever. My husband calmly approached the owner to explain what had happened and to point out that the bench could be a serious safety hazard for children, especially those diving underwater. Instead of showing any empathy or offering an apology, the owner immediately became aggressive, raising his voice and threatening to call the police if we didn’t pay for our drinks immediately and leave. At that point, my injured son was already panicking even more. Keep in mind that we had paid for pool access that we used for less than five minutes, yet the owner seemed more concerned about two juices than about a child who had just been injured on the property. We paid and left, but the experience was extremely upsetting and not something you expect while on holiday with small children. If you are heading to this beach, I would strongly recommend choosing one of the many nicer places nearby instead. Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So much lies only because you think Thailand must be free for you stay in your country if Thailand is to expensive for you.... we don't need customers like you we are not here to starve because you think is to much money, people like you make me sick..... And just for the record you only paid after I said I will call the police

I just dined at the Cashew Tree Restaurant in Samui and it was a great experience. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with great beach vibes and cool music. The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The menu offers a variety of dishes, featuring fresh and locally sourced ingredients. We had Chicken Cashew Nuts, Hummus with Peta bread, Mixed Sald with Feta, Olives and sunny side up Eggs & Shakahuka, Chicken Sandwich and we finished with home made Icecream. What a great dinner experience. The restaurant also boasts a great selection of drinks, including refreshing cocktails & freshly squeezed juices. Thanks for an excellent evening. Highly recommended.
