It is nice to sit outside. Waitress got us a table in shade so my doggies can rest. There is a vegan pie but we did not like it and wish there could be more vegetarian options. Some flies around so atmosphere is not perfect. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

First actual proper fish and chips I've had since I've been in Hong Kong. Fish and chips are done exactly like UK fish and chips with bits. The peas are a bit lacking as I would prefer them hot and mushy, that's just subjective opinion. It's pricy. But, not complaining as the service amd atmosphere matches up with the price point along with good food. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

If you're British and got a hankering for authentic Fish 'n' Chips, The Chippy is where it's at. I'm ashamed I've been in Hong Kong 10 years and only just made my first trip to DB, but I will definitely be returning. The battered sausage, the cod, the gravy, mushy peas, pukka pies are all as authentic as you'd get on any UK high street. The chips however are not. They're better! Perfect crispy coating and fluffy inside - without the softening wilt you get from them sitting in the range at a chip shop. There's a great range of beers and wines too, but I was happy with my PG Tips. I only have one small complaint - there needs to be another The Chippy or two in Hong Kong! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $200–250 Vegetarian options: There's a couple of vegan pies on the menu, apart from the obvious chips n mushy peas.
