Extremely well-crafted delicious chocolate cake with many layers, textures, and flavors. Friendly staff. Good service. The table was a quite wobbly, though. Overall, super happy! Meal type: Other Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

So, here is a short story which made me to write this review. First of all, if I have to describe what's in the picture in 2 words, it would be : Heavenly dessert. It tastes much better than it looks in the picture. It is a carefully crafted dessert that challenged my taste buds all the way. There are so many layers of divine taste and texture. Simply amazing. The main reason I am writing this review is because of the service. So, technically we are eligible for a free dessert from the Coffee Academics through Impact Family birthday perk. But the store need to scan to code. Aparantly this particular branch doesn't have the necessary equipment to scan. So initially they refused to provide us with the free dessert. Under the terms and conditions, there were no mentioning of branch specific availability of the free dessert. So, we asked about it. A kind staff spoke to the higher-ups and got us the free dessert. So, he did it even when he didn't have to. Thats nice of him. We ended up purchasing another dessert to take home and show our gratitude. Good service from that staff and all the staff should try to learn from him to put customer first and resolve issues amicably. Very satisfied with the service. Atmosphere is just Impact's dining area. Not much to say about it. I recommend this place. For its good food and service. Meal type: Other Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
