I had an unpleasant experience here on 25 May 2026 @10am. The cashier (being a team leader/manager) was extremely rude up to the extent of telling me to go out from the shop if I am not happy. It was rather her who was unhappy to serve me and not the other way round. Totally uncalled for, no sense of professionalism in doing business! The management should look into this matter. I have never encountered any one in Thailand being this rude and this episode has taken me by surprise. Service: 1

I had one of the most disappointing experiences at The Coffee Club – Krabi Airport. I stopped by for a coffee expecting a peaceful moment before my flight, but the service was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. When I asked for an extra spoon in English, a staff member with a short haircut (who appeared male) mocked my pronunciation, repeating “Spoon? Spuuuun?” in a childish, condescending tone. Instead of helping, they giggled among themselves with other staff members and continued chatting loudly, completely neglecting their duties. It was humiliating and frustrating. I’ve traveled to many countries and rarely encountered such disrespect from café staff—especially in a place meant to welcome international travelers. Because of this incident, my positive memories of Krabi were completely overshadowed. I left with the strong feeling that I never want to return. This behavior does a disservice to the entire region. On top of that, even giving one star feels too generous. I felt I had to share this experience so others can be aware.
