Mai visto qualcosa di simile in tanti anni che veniamo allo Sheraton 4 points, sia da ospiti che da clienti normali. Bonvoy members da sempre, abbiamo sempre apprezzato la qualità del servizio, la pulizia della piscina e la cortesia del personale. Questa volta... No! Piscina vergognosamente sporca, personale... Beh, quello che dovrebbe essere il manager mi ha accusato di chissà cosa, affermando che gli parlavo in tono aggressivo! Avevo chiesto il favore di poter ricaricare il mio telefono. Mi hanno accontentato. Poi, quando sono andato a riprenderlo, era staccato. Ho solo chiesto chi lo avesse staccato, con un tono sicuramente non "aggressivo". Magari il manager si è comportato così perché ha visto il braccialetto al polso, quello che viene messo a chi non sta nell'hotel ma paga 1200 bath per il day pass. Una cosa è certa, è stata l'ultima volta allo Sheraton 4 points Phuket. Pulizia e cortesia del personale sono solo un ricordo degli anni passati. Peccato. I've never seen anything like this in all the years we've been coming to the Sheraton 4 Points, both as guests and regular customers. We've always been Bonvoy members, and we've always appreciated the quality of the service, the cleanliness of the pool, and the courtesy of the staff. This time... No! The pool was shamefully dirty, the staff... Well, the person who's supposed to be the manager accused me of who knows what, claiming I was speaking aggressively to him! I'd asked for a phone charge. They obliged. Then, when I went to get it, it was disconnected. I simply asked who disconnected it, in a tone that was definitely not "aggressive." Perhaps the manager acted this way because he saw the bracelet on my wrist, the one given to those who don't stay at the hotel but pay 1,200 baht for a day pass. One thing's for sure, it was the last time I stayed at the Sheraton 4 Points Phuket. Cleanliness and the courtesy of the staff are just a memory of years past. What a shame.
