We visited The Diner Ruian Branch in Taipei twice on different occasions, and both visits were satisfying. The menu offers a good selection of Western-style breakfast and brunch dishes, with options for different tastes. The food was well-prepared, portions were reasonable, and the ingredients seemed fresh. Service was efficient, though the place can get busy, especially on weekends. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable, making it a good spot for a relaxed meal. The coffee and drinks menu also had a decent variety, complementing the food well. Prices are fair for the quality and portion sizes. While there may be a short wait during peak hours, the overall experience was positive. The Diner remains a solid choice for anyone looking for a Western-style brunch in Taipei. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $400–600 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
