アフターヌーンティーでの利用、タイ各地のローカルフードをミニマルに再構築した、お茶請けとお菓子達、クオリティはすごく良い。ただアフターヌーンティーなのに、料金内でお茶の選択が自由でない事は少し残念。 茶のクオリティも高く価値はあります。. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ฿1,400–1,600

ランチビュッフェ利用。 少数精鋭系 フリーのドリンク多かったです。 スイーツ類が豊富で美しく美味しかったです。チーズも何種類かありました。 タイ料理に特化しているわけではなく、満遍なくアジアを感じました。

Had an amazing Saturday dinner buffet with my mom at The Dining Room, Grand Hyatt Erawan! My mom absolutely loved the Fish Maw Soup in Red Gravy (perfectly balanced flavor) and the fresh, clean, and delicious oysters. The dessert section was also a massive hit, with tons of options ranging from various ice cream flavors to sweet Thai desserts. The service here is next-level. They were extremely attentive, especially to my mother. Special thanks to "Khun Ben" for constantly checking on our dining experience, and "Khun BeeBee" for being so sweet and looking after my mom while she walked around the food stations. Amazing food variety, excellent service, and great value for money. We will definitely come back and tell all our friends about it!
