I can write this with all my heart for Mr. Sun and Pacific Club Resort. What happened there was not just hospitality — it was a true human gesture that I will never forget. In a very difficult and stressful moment, Mr. Sun stood by me like family, with kindness, dignity, and genuine concern. In today’s world, such warmth is rare, and it touched my heart deeply. Pacific Club Resort is not just a hotel — it is a beautiful place where comfort, peace, and care come together in the most elegant way. The property has a lovely atmosphere, a rooftop pool to relax with a sea view and the rooms are graceful and comfortable, and the entire place feels welcoming from the very first moment. Everything reflects class, calmness, and thoughtful attention to detail. But what made this experience truly unforgettable was the heart of Mr. Sun. His hospitality was beyond words. He helped me with so much patience and sincerity, and because of his support, we were able to get out of a very difficult situation which had unfortunately occurred with us. I will always remain thankful for his noble gesture. For me, this was not just help — it was compassion, humanity, and true service from the heart. I have full respect and love for Mr. Sun and his resort. If you are visiting Phuket and want a place where you feel cared for, respected, and relaxed, Pacific Club Resort is a beautiful choice. I would recommend it with all my heart to anyone who values genuine hospitality, comfort, and warmth. The ratings shown online are honestly not enough to justify how wonderful this resort truly is. In my personal experience, Pacific Club Resort deserves far more appreciation for the comfort, beauty, care, and genuine hospitality it offers. Some places cannot be judged by numbers alone, because the heart of the people who run them is worth much more than any rating. What Mr. Sun and his team showed was not just service, but humanity, kindness, and grace. That is why this resort will always remain special to me. Places can be built with walls and rooms, but a great stay is built with love, sincerity, and respect — and this resort has all of that in abundance. As Gautama Buddha said, “Thousands of candles can be lit from a single candle, and the life of the candle will not be shortened. Happiness never decreases by being shared.”

A magnificent, very well-maintained hotel. We spent four nights at this hotel in March and were very satisfied. Check-in was quick; upon arrival, we were offered a refreshing towel and a small juice drink. Room 406 is magnificent. It is very spacious, and the bathroom is perfectly adequate—it includes everything you might need. There is a full-sized refrigerator (including a freezer compartment), a microwave, and a safe; furthermore, both the Wi-Fi and the air conditioning worked very well. They also provide two bottles of water per person per day, which is a much-appreciated touch. Everything was spotlessly clean, and we were even able to open a door leading to a small balcony furnished with a small table and two chairs. From there, we enjoyed a wonderful view of the sea. There is also a small drying rack on the balcony—handy if you have a few items to dry. The room features three chairs, offering plenty of seating space. The extra-large bed was very comfortable. The only minor drawback was the lack of proper facial tissues in the room; instead, they provided very coarse paper napkins. However, the true gem of this hotel is the rooftop infinity pool. It offers breathtaking views of the sea, and the water is pleasantly warm. There are even a few tables where you can order drinks or snacks from the restaurant, which are delivered directly to the poolside. You will also find plenty of sun loungers and parasols arranged all around the pool area. It is a truly idyllic spot for relaxing in peace. The included breakfast offers a wide selection, but the quality leaves something to be desired. The sausages were cold, the hot dishes were merely lukewarm, there was no bacon, and there was no cold milk (the milk provided near the cereals was lukewarm). Even though breakfast is listed as starting at 6:30, several items aren’t actually set out until around 7:00. The best option is the omelet or eggs, which are prepared to order. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the beach, and you can borrow towels from the lobby when heading there. On the way, you’ll also find a very good, highly affordable little restaurant called "The Friendly," which is very convenient. As for the staff, they are wonderful. They are always smiling and incredibly helpful. They gave us some excellent recommendations whenever we needed them. A big bravo to the entire team—congratulations on your excellent work! This hotel is quite expensive, but I still recommend it because the pool is truly unique and makes all the difference.
