元警察署の2階にあるバーです。というか、この広場に数多くのバーがあるので、そのうちの一つです。元警察署から広場を挟んで見えるのが元刑務所、きっと、この広場で体操とか、運動とか、拷問とか、色々あったんだと思います。ハッピーアワーで頼んだジャパニーズウイスキーのハイボールは人生最悪の飲物でした、未だに何が入っていたのか不明です。サービスも驚くほど悪いのですが、なるほど、これは警察署を模した雰囲気づくりなのかもしれません、不快に感じさせる事で、当時を想像できます。次回は料理を頼んで、拷問にチャレンジしてみたいです。. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

The deals here from Sat to Thu are amazing. The whiskey sour is a must have and the old fashion is to die for as well. The staff here are very chill and professional. Can’t recommend it enough. Price per person: $100–150 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The Dispensary is part of the Aqua Group that is tucked in between sister restaurants The Chinese Library and Cantina on 1/F of the old Police HQ building in the historic Tai Kwun in Central. The bar is open from 3pm to midnight daily. They serve afternoon tea for which you can make reservations and offer evening cocktails and bar snack bites in their charming indoor seating area as well as the outdoor terrace overlooking the old parade grounds at Tai Kwan. We meet up with friends here from time to time, regularly enjoying their signature cocktails and traditional favourites. They do good Highball and Old Fashioned. Dim sum style bar bites are very good as well. Wagyu beef puff are a crispy peppery delight and their 'Four Blessing' jasmine tea smoked bean curd roll is one of our favourite dim sum orders in Hong Kong. These are elegantly constructed, beautiful and a delightful combination of subtle flavours - an excellent order that we very much look forward to having again.
