Just got back from V.I.P. Commercial Centre – amazing views from the 16th floor overlooking the park in Tsim Sha Tsui! It was really busy, we had to wait a bit for a table. The five-course menu was a steal for $398. I tried the eel salad and it was incredible, super refreshing. The Dutch snacks were really tasty, especially the bitterballen. Portions were generous for the price, though. Maybe a little more attention to trimming the steak would have been perfect. Definitely a good spot for a special meal! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
