何度かここでフリーフロー付きのブランチ目的で来ています。 予約なしでも入れますが、一応ネットで予約してから行くことが多いです。 慣れていないと場所を見つけにくいかもしれません。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $450–500

I am writing this while I am so full from the food that I can barely move so here comes my review. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and I like the interior design. The waitresses were very friendly and brought out a complimentary bread and an amuse bouche. Today was steak night and I got the Wagyu striploin 300g including a drink which was the local Pilsner. The steak was medium and very nicely done! Juicy, tender and only a little bit of salt was enough! The two complementary sauces were not necessary, I used them to dip my fries. The fries were crispy and good but unsalted, the coleslaw and the Caesar salad biotin could’ve used some more dressing, they were both a little dry. For dinner I had the uni cheesecake with caviar topping - uni, apparently, is the edible part of sea urchins. Salty but a Japanese delicacy. Very interesting mix especially together with the coconut ice cream. What I found odd was that the wrong sauce was brought out and when I asked to have it exchanged the chef said that the (actual red wine sauce) is already the replaced one (I asked for black pepper). When the steak was finished the real black pepper sauce was brought out. A little late. But: the black pepper sauce is amazing! All in all great and luxurious, quite a fancy place! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $500+
