Was riding from Chiang Khan to Wang Thong and came across this lovely little coffee house, set in a tranquil green valley, little tables and chairs nestled under large trees to sit and relax on, Banoffee Pie was to die for, and the coffee was as good as it gets in Thailand, strong and aromatic, the staff were very kind and friendly too, Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

More Than Just a Cup of Coffee The Enlighten Coffee and Community is a truly special spot that perfectly lives up to its name. It’s not just a place to grab a caffeine fix; it’s a warm, welcoming haven that makes you want to sit down and stay awhile. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between serene and social. The space is beautifully designed—think warm lighting, comfortable seating, and thoughtful touches that make it ideal for both deep work and deep conversations. It’s the kind of place where you feel immediately at ease. Now, the coffee: absolutely superb. I ordered a latte and was blown away by the quality. The espresso was rich and smooth without a hint of bitterness, perfectly balanced with the velvety steamed milk. It’s clear they source excellent beans and their baristas truly know their craft. I also couldn't resist trying one of their fresh pastries, which was delicious and clearly high-quality. What truly sets The Enlighten apart, however, is the palpable sense of community. The staff are genuinely friendly and engaging, remembering names and making everyone feel like a regular. There’s a real warmth here that’s often missing in other cafes. Whether you’re looking for the best flat white in town, a quiet corner to read, or a friendly place to connect with others, this is your spot.
