Poor service respond from The Far Card customer service regarding the wrong voucher being returned to us. Waiting for an email respond or a call. We admit we should have checked the back of the voucher. We are now approaching The Far Card to rectify the oversight. We had a negative experience at Ellenbourough, we ended up with someone else's voucher because the order for our cake was someone not passed on from the time of Booking to the date of dining.

So many restrictions and rules and specifics. Most of the time cannot enjoy the discounts because no clear rule if the restaurant needs to honour it. Leave a lot of room for restaurants to use reasons to deny you discounts.

Just a suggestion - Launch an app (Apple/Android) for members so that don't have to have your plastic card with them all the time. And can still enjoy the privilege and vouchers. My voucher was not accepted at Prego just because I didn't carry the plastic card. The card does nothing except show that I am a member. Can't be loading so many cards in the wallet and furthermore I don't dine everyday at Far restaurants. Time to innovate and move into the digital!
