Visited The Fat Kid Bakery on a Saturday afternoon to try their bombolinis. We got the box of four and chose the Vanilla Crème Brûlée, Berries Cream, Strawberry Jam, and Hazelnut Cream flavours. The bombolinis were much bigger than I expected and generously filled. Every flavour was delicious, and it was hard to pick a favourite. The dough was soft and fluffy, while the fillings were rich and creamy without being overly sweet. The bakery itself is quite small with very limited seating, so it's more of a grab-and-go spot rather than somewhere to sit and enjoy your food. They also serve coffee, although we didn't get to try it this time. Overall, it was my first visit and I was really impressed. If you're a fan of bombolinis or filled doughnuts, I'd definitely recommend giving The Fat Kid Bakery a try. I'll definitely be back to try their other flavours! Got a box of 4 for the 3 of us. We had them in order starting from the lightest flavor: 1. Sea Salt Maple: Reminds us of having your sweet and salty popcorn together in a box, sweet, lightly salted butter taste. 2. Vanilla Creme Brûlée: Our last pick yet our favourite among all. 3. Roasted Hazelnut: An almost Ferrero rendition, filled with coarse hazelnut bits for the crunch 4. Chocolate Mess: We picked this right away when we entered the store, but yet this disappoints the most. Was expecting it to be chocolatey, decadent, unfortunately it turns out to be milky, resembling Milo. Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Hi Fat Kid Bakery, I’d like to share some feedback about my takeaway order today. I ordered 4 donuts (2 sweet and 2 savory) and requested a box. The lady/staff refused twice, saying the garlic and onion flavors from the savory donuts would affect the sweet ones. I explained that I was fine with that(you can separate them with baking paper like other donut shop) my request was still declined. What I found confusing is that the donuts were eventually packed together in the same takeaway plastic bag anyway and more exposed. This made the reason for refusing the box seem inconsistent. My concern is not the packaging itself, but the lack of flexibility and customer consideration despite my acceptance of the risk. Thank you.
