Stopped by this cozy, perfect bakery run by the sweetest, most welcoming couple. The hand-dripped coffee was easily one of the best I’ve had in a long time, and I believe they source their beans from a local roaster. Everything is made from scratch with thoughtfully-sourced local ingredients and minimal refined sugar, yet every bite is incredible. Highly recommend the cookies and the Jeju tangerine bundt cake. Pro tip: get two bundt cakes if you can because by the time we went back for a second, they were already sold out after we devoured the first one too quickly. My kids loved the refreshing smoothie and muffin as well. Honestly, we ordered almost everything on the menu and loved it all. A must-go when visiting Jeju! Fantastic food whether you're vegan or not! The fresh-baked walnut blueberry muffins are the best I've ever had, and the owner is super friendly and hospitable. Worth a stop on your trip if you are in the area. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₩1–10,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Cute little cafe and gluten free bakery in Sagye, Jeju served up by Caleb and Eunice the owners! I haven’t had many gluten free bakery options before but the cakes and cookies served up here were delicious! Caleb explained he uses a refined form of coconut oil so that it tastes more neutral and I honestly couldn’t tell at all it was any different. The standouts here for me were the Jeju orange chocolate cupcake, cranberry oatmeal cookie, and Jeju tangerine Bundt cake. I really enjoyed the explanation behind each item they had and their ethos of using locally sourced items that were in-season thus their name of the Flexible Baker. They have some cute posters on the wall too of where their ingredients are sourced such as Jeju wheat and buckwheat! Def give them a try as well as their coffee which Caleb and Eunice learned to make on their travels to Thailand. (They even have a book!) Price per person: ₩1–10,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Gluten free and vegan options Dietary restrictions: Great for GF/Keto/Vegan
