サイズは、小さめだけど味はいい。わさびが、握り寿司に入ってないので、自分でネタとシャリの間に入れたけど、オーダー時に、言えば良かったのか？

The food quality here is consistently high and features a thoughtfully innovative contemporary Japanese edge. We ordered their premium chirashi don, which arrived fully loaded with a generous selection of incredibly fresh, high-grade ingredients. What sets their chirashi apart is the meticulous execution of the sushi rice itself; clearly a focal point rather than an afterthought, which beautifully elevates the entire dish. That said, having a quiet, serene sanctuary to escape the heavy Amoy Street crowds is a luxury that comes with a premium price tag. The overall experience leans on the pricier side, especially if you are visiting with a massive appetite, but the quality and ambiance deliver. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $70–80
