Tried the salmon sandwich at the Starbucks the Forest. It was honestly better than expected. The sandwich looks simple, but it’s done really well — soft, slightly toasted bun with a light herb finish, fluffy scrambled eggs, and a generous layer of smoked salmon on top. The salmon was tender and not too salty, pairing nicely with the creamy eggs. Everything tasted fresh and balanced, not heavy at all. Even after cutting into it, you can see the textures hold up — the bread stays soft, the eggs are moist, and the salmon adds that rich, savory layer that makes it feel more premium than a typical Starbucks item. The setting makes it even better — calm, wood-toned interior that gives you a break from Mong Kok’s chaos. Service was quick and efficient too.
