Our experience at Forum Pattaya was a bit of a mixed bag. While the service and catering stood out, the physical environment and overall atmosphere left something to be desired. It feels like a standard venue that serves its purpose but lacks a "wow" factor or a distinct sense of style. ### **Service & Hospitality** The highlight of the visit was undoubtedly the staff. Their service was excellent across the board. We would like to give a special mention to **Mr. Bhim** and **Ms. Hema**, who went above and beyond to be attentive and professional. The team here clearly works hard to ensure guests are well-taken care of. ### **Dining & Catering** We attended a group gala dinner, and the food was a pleasant surprise. The **Dal Makhani** was particularly impressive—it had an authentic Indian taste and was very well-prepared. If you are looking for quality Indian cuisine in a group setting, the kitchen team delivers. ### **Entertainment & Atmosphere** * **The Vibe:** The general ambience of the place is quite plain and lacks character. * **The Music:** The DJ (who appears to be in-house) is a more experienced, older gentleman. While his setup and style are a bit dated, he was a reasonable person to work with and kept an "okay" playlist going throughout the event. * **The Facilities:** There is a significant issue with the **outside area**, which had a persistent, unbearable odor. The stench was strong enough to make staying outdoors very uncomfortable, which is something the management needs to address urgently. ### **Final Verdict** Forum Pattaya is a functional choice for group events, largely thanks to its hardworking staff and solid kitchen. However, if you are looking for a venue with great aesthetics or a pleasant outdoor environment, you may find it lacking. Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
