We started with drinks in the Golden Bar whilst awaiting the other guests. The gong ushered us upstairs to the dining room.
Each of the ten courses were introduced by our most amiable host Chris, with a bit of geographical background, medicinal properties and then we dug in. By the second course and going into the third we opened a very fine Thai red wine. I went with Chris’s recommendation. It was perfect.
The timing for each course flowed impeccably. The background music selections and sound system were excellent. The food is locally sourced , chemical free and much is grown on the Gallery’s property.
I’m running out of space here.

Dietary restrictions
When we booked the only restriction we ask was for no raw meat or seafood. The first person to book the evening sets the tone for the meal that night. It was fabulous. Just go!
