The Glass Café & Restaurant is undeniably a beautiful spot. With its sleek white modern aesthetic, both inside and out, it exudes a chic and sophisticated charm. The second-floor area, which could offer a lovely view, was unfortunately closed during my visit—an unfortunate missed opportunity. However, while the ambiance was delightful, the service left much to be desired. Almost all items from the savoury package were unavailable, which was disappointing. Additionally, alcohol service doesn’t start until 5 PM, something that should be made clearer to guests upfront. The biggest letdown was the attitude of the wait staff behind the counter. A warm, welcoming smile can go a long way, but instead, I was met with an expression that could only be described as outright grouchy. I assure you, I did nothing to warrant such hostility. Overall, The Glass Café & Restaurant has great potential, but until the service improves and the menu availability is addressed, it’s hard to recommend wholeheartedly.
