Wow. £9 for two coffees. In Thailand!! Ridiculous. We only got these here because the coffee served with breakfast at the (5 star apparently) hotel was instant and horrible! Coffee was nice at least. But a total rip off. Meal type: Other

Extremely overpriced for what you get, and the service made it worse. I specifically asked if they had oat milk — they clearly said “yes”. I ordered my drink with oat milk, paid, and when it arrived it was made with almond milk. When I pointed it out, they casually told me “Oh, we only have almond milk.” They understood my question perfectly at the start, said yes to oat milk, and then just lied? It feels dishonest and really unprofessional. If you’re going to say you have an option, actually have it — or at least be upfront when you don’t. Very disappointing experience. Won’t be coming back. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
