A beautiful hidden gem! The venue itself is curated with bonsai trees, diving treasures and artwork. Enjoyed cocktails along the bar facing out to sunset before being called up for dinner in The Gallery which was an incredible experience. Every bite was exquisite and all explained by Chris. Thankyou so much Chris, Pbu, Garfield and the rest of the team! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The Gold Bar is an absolute must if visiting Koh Tao for either sunset drinks, an outstanding casual dinner, delicious snacks or the incredible Trust the Chef evening hosted by Chris and created and cooked by Chef P’Phu The views are amazing from up there, truly captures Koh Tao in all its glory especially when you get a belter of a sunset. I love the newer addition of The Wine Cellar being beautifully stocked with excellent Thai wines and Chris’ photography work. Everything about this place is special and Chris, P’Phu and their wonderful staff really make every experience up there 10/10. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Perched on the hill overlooking Sairee beach is where you will find The Gold Bar. I come here normally once a week to enjoy the stunning sunset skies with an equally tasty chicken & cashew nut dinner. The soulful music helps create the mood with lots of well spaced out seating options and friendly service from the attentive staff. Prices are higher than average so will appeal to the more selective and discerning of guests but quality does come at a price and it help keeps the cheap charlie 7-11 cheese n ham toasty brigade at bay. I personally appreciate the no kids in the bar policy too. As a hidden gem you should definitely make the effort to try this place out. Price per person: ฿400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
