Diningcityで予約して行きました。コースにA5のシャトーブリアンとサーロインをSGD35で追加出来るのでお願いし、トータルGST、サービス料込みで1人SGD125でした。料理はどれも美味しくクオリティも高くこの価格ならシンガポールではなかなかリーズナブルと思います。但しお肉をガッツリ食べたい人には少しだけ物足りないかもしれません。色々な味の変化を楽しみながら少量ずつでも美味しいものが食べたいというニーズにはおすすめ出来るお店でした。

I’ve been to 1,300 restaurants and The Gyu Bar is the first to have such great service. I have been suffering from nasal congestion, which means i need to blow my nose every once in a while, but each time i use a lot of paper. The staff gave me a brown paper bag to put my trash! Also, the Gyu Bar is the first fine dining restaurant that actually allows free refill of rice! I’ve often found it ridiculous that fine dining places charge so much but give so stingy portion. Here’s my verdict for the $88, restaurant week dinner set. Note that we are the only reviewer here that did not pay $25 to upgrade to premium wagyu so our review is different. 1. Portion is small so i dont really have much comments 2. Love the salad and truffle chawanmushi 3. We were v much looking forward to the wagyu croquette but unfortunately it was too jelak. The croquette tasted like takoyaki, and the caviar’s fishy taste was overpowering. 4. The sukiyaki was the piece de resistance of the meal. We love the sweet corn at the bottom 5. We love the pudding, but were disappointed that the mochi was out of stock as that was our favourite.
