Extremely Disappointing Experience. Our experience at Home was completely unacceptable and honestly one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. There were three of us, and we were greeted with no smile, no warmth, and no hospitality which is quite ironic for a cafe called Home. We told the staff before ordering that we are vegan and specifically asked which items on the menu were vegan. Despite making that very clear, they served us a side dish containing anchovies. We were literally about to eat it until we noticed it had eyes and asked, “Is this fish?” The staff member casually responded, “Oh, okay.” That was it. No apology. No concern. No acknowledgment of how serious that mistake was. They didn’t offer to replace the dish, and what shocked us the most was that they didn’t even take the plate back to the kitchen after knowing we were vegan. They left the fish sitting on our table, and we had to sit there with it for the rest of the interaction. When we raised the issue, the staff became rude and dismissive instead of apologetic. A mistake can happen, but the way it was handled showed a complete lack of respect and customer care. The cafe itself is beautiful, but the customer service, staff attitude, and overall experience were far below average. We left feeling upset, disrespected, and disappointed. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you have dietary requirements. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very beautiful and cozy cafe- the staff are very nice I had an ice cappuccino and matcha cheese cake, it was amazing! Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: The food options are cheesecake and donuts- both vegetarian
