I really wanted to enjoy my meal here, but unfortunately, it was a pretty disappointing experience overall. For the prices they are charging, I expected much better quality and significantly better service. Pros * The seating area was clean, but there wasn't much else to highlight from this visit. Cons * The food is way too expensive for the portion sizes and quality provided. * The Fried Kway Teow was a huge letdown; it didn't look or taste like it should at all. * Service is quite slow, as it took a solid 30 minutes for the food to finally be served. * The drink value is very poor since there is only one size available, which is tiny and mostly filled with ice. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Very disappointing experience at The Hainan Story Chapter Two in Changi Airport. The food was just okay, but the tables were dirty and the staff were not very friendly. My “ice cold” drink came out room temperature, which was really unpleasant. The menu also lacked details, so we weren’t even able to order the afternoon tea set we had wanted to try. Overall, not worth the stop. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
