Another outlet with only 1 staff working. This is poor operation decision, inside Singapore airport. Average waiting time 20 mins. Terminal 3 also always same situation. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Hire people who will give a bit of love to a brand you have spent time and money building. No greeting, coffee shoved to the customers — not single word uttered throughout the entire process. The people represent your brand and this has failed miserably. Reflects a lot on the management. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

How is this a 2.8/5?? My large Kopi C siu dai was done perfect. The toast was crispy, gula melaka kaya solid, egg is egg, they use 大華 dark sauce. 5/5 from me for a 5am brekkie. I rarely rate our Changi Airport food, unless very good or very bad. Highly recommended! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
