Not well known and that's a travesty. The Hong Kong outpost is a wonderful, laid back place for eating, drinking, refilling, sharing and having a generally lovely time. The Food by Roland is top notch and he will look after you splendidly. Access via Lantau hikes or via your boat or sampans. Also famous it's feature the finale of a Jackie Chan cop film. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: HK$300–350 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Veggie options very much available, best to ask in advance to ensure you get something amazing Dietary restrictions: Can cater dietary restrictions

We did a hike from Pui O to Roland‘s Restaurant. He was very welcoming and the place has a family vibe with great home made food. The sauerkraut, bratwurst and Laugenbrötchen are very authentic and the apple tart with vanille pudding icecream delicious and unique. Lots of other food choice as well. You can have a swim in the ocean while waiting on food

Perfect slow lunch after a nice hike from Mui Wo. The team couldn’t be nicer and the food was delicious. Then took a sampan back to Mui Wo after. The absolute best. We will be back! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: HK$300–350 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
