My wife and I were looking for decent pet-friendly restaurant to bring our dog for our first New Year feast and The Hunter has became our go-to spot after this visit. Staff were very friendly and arranged a table outside to facilitate our need for caring of our dog. Highlights of some dishes we ordered: Beef Tartare - served on a grilled bone marrow with fried tortilla chips. The seasoning of the beef itself was balanced and very refreshing. Combined with the rich bone marrow and crispy tortilla chips, this dish is a must-have starter Bone-In Striploin - grilled to perfect medium-rare and served with 3 sauces on the side of the heated stone board. The meat was tender and the surface was charred beautifully which gave a flavourful chargrilled aftertaste. The steak was cut and no sign of overspill of meat just was observed which means the cool down time was carefully controlled. 5-star! The price was slightly on the high side compared to other restaurants in the area but I am confident to say this place has no competitors in the ‘Steakhouse’ category and the food and service they provided definitely worth the money. The price would not stop us from visiting again. Would recommend for parties or any size who would love to enjoy food with the wonderful view.
