The worst part of this place, by far, is the DJ. I’ve been here a few times…not often, and each visit was several months to even a year apart. Honestly, my second and third visits were mostly me giving the place another chance, hoping the music would improve. Unfortunately, it never did. I could overlook the lack of mixing skills, but the song selection, the transitions, and the overall flow of the set are just consistently bad. Sometimes the music even cuts in and out, which completely kills the vibe. It’s a shame because the atmosphere and service are actually pretty good, but the DJ experience really doesn’t match the venue or the prices. At this price point, I’d expect much better.

I recently visited The Key Room No. 72 for a date night and had an extremely unpleasant experience. The waiter repeatedly flirted with my date, which was unprofessional and disrespectful. This behavior made us very uncomfortable and ruined what was supposed to be an enjoyable evening. I expect better customer service and professionalism from an establishment like this. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to others. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
