I think they're trying here, but are missing the mark. The atmosphere is decent, but everything tastes like it was prepared in a rush and possibly thawed out and heated in a microwave. It's definitely not authentic Italian food, but honestly, if you're at Shinsegae and craving Italian, you'll probably be fine with this. I can't be too harsh as I always finish my meal and have come back several times. I would just say it's very family-friendly, but not recommended for a date or something serious. Also, I can always tell the food isn't going to be good when the wine glasses are cloudy, have short and thick stems, and the wine within hasn't been chilled properly. Nice ambiance and friendly service. We ordered a Margherita pizza, Burrata Pomodoro pasta, and 2 Cokes for ₩54,000. The pizza was quite small and the burrata on pasta was tiny with barely any stracciatella inside. Taste was okay but nothing special. Don’t mind paying premium prices for good food, but this felt overpriced and mediocre overall — probably because of the Shinsegae Centum City location.
