The food is quite nice but the service is always slow which is strange because it’s always empty. However, the customer service is pretty good. I hate that cutlery is wrapped in plastic - why?! Also, please don’t watch customers and wait for them to finish plates just so they can be instantly cleared. It’s very annoying just having staff watch you eat. This isn’t good customer service. In the same breath, please allow more than one sip of water before coming over to grab the cup to refill - or just put the water on the table. With all that said, food is actually good - but there must be a reason why this place is always dead. Hmm. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
