先日ランチとまったりタイムで訪れました予約なしでもスタッフの方がとっても親切で、英語がうまく話せなくても一生懸命聞いてくれました ビーチのサンラウンジャーも使えて、海の景色がとにかく最高メニューはそんなに多くないけど、どれも本当に美味しかったです！ おすすめはLazy BBQ Tray to Share シェアできるのも楽しいし、味もバツグンでした！ また絶対行きたい場所です〜. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We have been regular customers of The Lazy Coconut for years and have always enjoyed coming here, which makes this review particularly disappointing. During our recent visit, our party of five was given one of the least desirable tables despite other suitable options being available. When a better table became vacant, we politely asked to move, but both the male and female hosts repeatedly argued against our request and appeared determined to find reasons why we could not relocate. What was particularly frustrating was seeing the table offered to other guests first, including a party of only two people, even though it was clearly more suitable for our group. What disappointed us most was not the table itself, but the attitude of the host team. The interaction felt dismissive, unhelpful, and unnecessarily confrontational. When we eventually said that we would not be returning because of the way we were treated, there was no concern, apology, or attempt to resolve the situation. The response gave us the impression that losing loyal customers simply did not matter. After reading other Google reviews, it appears that we are not the only customers who have experienced issues with the front-of-house team. Management may wish to review this feedback carefully. The food and location remain great, but unfortunately the service we received was not consistent with the standards we would expect from a Twinpalms venue. A restaurant can recover from a table issue, but it is much harder to overlook a complete lack of hospitality and respect for loyal customers.
