Now that’s an automatic farm to table experience. The two lovely ladies here grow their own organic produce and cook everything with incredible care and authenticity. Nothing feels forced here.. you can tell they do this out of pure love for food. After visiting a few times, I asked if she could steam a piece of fish. She suggested serving it with a Thai dressing and what came out was absolutely outstanding! One of the best fish dishes I’ve had in Thailand. Perfectly steamed, beautifully balanced, fresh, fragrant and made with real attention to detail. This dish wasn’t even on the menu, which made it feel even more personal and generous (so make sure you ask for it and show her a picture!) A small note for anyone coming here: there are only two ladies in the kitchen, and the food takes time. But that is exactly the point. Nothing is rushed here. She cooks slowly, carefully and to Thai perfection. If you are in a hurry, come another time. The pace and charm here are different and that is what makes this place so special. Highly recommended.
