Lobbyist Nimman is a hidden bar that’s surprisingly easy to find—just look for the iconic keyhole-shaped entrance. From the moment you walk in, the staff make you feel welcome with their warm and attentive service. The bar isn’t very large, but that only adds to its cozy and intimate atmosphere. Their cocktails are excellent, especially the signature creations inspired by the legendary Silk Road. Each drink tells a story, showcasing unique ingredients and flavors that represent different countries along the historic trade route. I had the chance to try several cocktails during this visit, and every one of them was creative and well-balanced. There are still a few signatures left for me to explore, so I’ll definitely be coming back to complete the journey. If you’re looking for a cocktail bar with great storytelling, delicious drinks, and a memorable vibe, Lobbyist Nimman is absolutely worth a visit. Amazing drinks, service, and ambience. Inside a hotel in Nimman. Small and cozy. Loved the silk road inspired crafted drinks and cool purple lighting. I will definitely be back for date night. Check their Instagram for paint and sip nights! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely superb service with a smile, in the land of smiles. Very helpful staff, willing to explain the cocktails and offers available. Drinks were expertly mixed and served in a wonderfully cozy, relaxing atmosphere in The Lobbyist bar. I will definitely return for another drink next time I am in Chiang Mai.
