改装後初めて宿泊したが たまたまモルガン・スタンレーのセミナー日と被ってしまい滞在した間ずっと館内が落ち着かず不愉快だった。エントランス、フロント周りカフェテリアも関係者が居て ダンボールやPCを机の上に置きっぱなしでアフタヌーンティーしようと思っていたがやめた。宿泊したフロアにも関係者が頻繁に出入りしていて騒がしかった。受付デスクを設置されプリンターが滞在中ずっと置いてあった。だったらせめて違うフロアに宿泊させてもらいたかった。予約の際このようなイベントがあると通知して欲しかった。プールでゆっくりしたかったので水着のままドルチェビータの外でランチをしていたら韓国人の3歳くらいの子供が始終叫んでいてうるさく嫌だった。水深1.4mのプールは16歳以上にして欲しい。奥に浅いプールがあるのに。チェックアウトの際に明細をメールで送って欲しいと伝えたがまだこない。一度催促のメールをしたが返事は無い。フロントのスタッフに感想を聞かれたがモルガン・スタンレーホテルだねと真顔で答えたらスルーされた。だったら聞く必要ないだろうに。あれだけモルガン・スタンレーのイベントやるんだったら全館貸切でお願いしたい。しばらくは宿泊しないと思う。

初めてのシンガポール旅行。英語が苦手なのでスタッフの方にご迷惑をおかけしてしまいましたが、素晴らしい接客でとても楽しく心地よく過ごすことができました。 シンガポール旅行が人生のとても良い思い出になったのはマンダリンオリエンタルのおかげです。またシンガポールを訪れる際はぜひマンダリンオリエンタルに泊まりたいです。本当にありがとうございました。
