Saw this restaurant that is attached to the Acera lodge and decided to try it. Nice variety in the menu. Ordered the salmon salad. Good serving of salad and menu said it would come with a balsamic vinaigrette. Unfortunately it only had a splash of balsamic vinegar. There was no oil to the base at all. You could tell the salad wasn’t coated at all with the vinegar. Surprisingly for a restaurant that looks like they have good chefs. Vinaigrettes are not rocket science in culinary circles. Nonetheless, the salmon was excellent. Came hot and off the grill and cooked to perfection. If I would to order again, I would ask for the oil and balsamic vinegar on the side and properly season the salad. . Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿400–600 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
