I went here for dinner although usually I go here for lunch. Same menu during lunch as dinner so should have a similar pricing. Although there is a mention of a table charge in the menu, we’ve never been charged it before. However this time the staff was weird. No one was in the store and he required us to purchase one drink per person (it says this no where on signage or in the menu and isn’t publicly displayed anywhere) and also to pay a table charge of ¥500 per person. He didn’t provide a receipt (writing the price of both my friend and I’s bill on a sticky note) and refused to let us pay separately. Usually every time I go, the staff gives a receipt but this time the staff refused to. I will not be back. I’m sure the staff pocketed the table charge and possibly the drinks tonight...
何回でも来た事がありましたが、始めて男のスタッフだけで店に入りました。
今夜他のお客様と他のスタッフがいなくて、一人目の男のスタッフが働いていました。一人つつで500¥テーブルチャージと一人つつで1Drink必要と言われた。毎回、同じメーニュで今までそのルールがありませんでしたが具全で会計する時に一人つつのテーブルチャージ掛かると教えました。店の中とかで一人つつの飲み物が必要と書いてないですが、このスタッフが必要と言われました。ご飯も少ないでした(パン、肉、少ないマッシュポテトぐらいだけでした)。普通にスタッフから領収書を貰いますが今度、領収書をもらわないずに付箋に金額を書きました。いつもより高くなったから、別々にお願いしましたがそれもダメと言われました。本当にサービスは悪かったです。領収書を貰わなかったから、その手数料なとポケットに入れてたかもしれません。なぜ夜にお客様はいないと分かりました。将来に来店しません。
