再訪。 ほんとにここの抹茶ソフト、美味しい 抹茶の風味がわざとらしくない。牛乳の風味も感じて、甘さ控えめで上品です。 150バーツと、安価ではないですが、美味しいので度々来てしまいます。. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

We visited the shop yesterday (5 August 2026, at around 14:00) for after-lunch drinks. There were three of us, and we ordered three drinks and one cake. There were three employees on duty, including one who appeared to be the supervisor. When our order arrived, the cake came with two plastic forks and one plastic knife. Since there were three of us, I politely asked for one additional fork. The supervisor responded by saying that their policy was to provide only one fork-and-knife set per cake, adding that she had already given us one extra fork. More disappointing than the policy itself was her attitude. She made an obvious face that made me feel uncomfortable for making such a simple request. I insisted, politely, that there were three of us. Finally she reluctantly gave one more plastic fork. If this is indeed the shop's policy, management should reconsider how it is communicated and how staff are trained to handle these situations. Asking for one extra plastic fork for three customers (that each has ordered one drink already) should not leave guests feeling unwelcome or embarrassed. Especially in this kind of shop, if you want to cater to regular customers who value manners. The green tea drinks and cake were pleasant and not overly sweet, so the food itself was perfectly fine. Unfortunately, good products alone do not make a good customer experience. Service plays an equally important role, and in this case, it left a negative impression. Because of this experience, I am not going back. There are many other shops that treat customers professionally and politely. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
