What an incredible night! The ambience was amazing, the food was 100/10, and pairing it with the Italian Ruchè wine made the experience unforgettable. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the evening. My favorite appetizers were the Beef Tartare, the Deconstructed Chicken, and I just couldn’t get enough of the Butcher Bite! For the mains, my favorites were the Tomahawk Steak, A5 Wagyu, and the Flat Iron steak. Every dish was cooked to perfection. Highly recommended. we’ll definitely be back!

Highest quality produce on the island. I’ve ordered their meat for home cooking and visited their pop-up BBQ … and the Meat Lab team always deliver exceptional quality. Can’t wait for their restaurant to open in June!
