We left like 4 days earlier than we planned because of how much we disliked it. The staff didn't even question why we left, maybe they understood. The staff in general weren't super friendly or helpful, they seemed uninterested. The pool was dirty for the majority of our stay. Our towels and bedsheets always had at least one stain one them, see pictures. The cleaners left pieces of their broom after cleaning. We warned about a big cockroach under the fridge, when we got back they had killed it, but for some reason just left it on the floor. We had a lot of spiders and an ant infestation in the bathroom, see pictures. The shower was always overflowing and the whole bathroom floor got wet. The breakfast was the worst I've had in a hotel for that price. Very few options for vegetarians and gluten free people. The fruit was also a lot of the time gone when we got there, see picture. The hotel would probably be okay for a couple of days for a family with children that doesn't want to explore a lot of the island, since you need a tuktuk or your own moped to leave. It has a pool for the kids. It's close to the sea but specifically that part of the beach is shallow for a long way and is filled with small mini crabs (cute, but impossible to not step on). The room is missing a lot of electrical outlets, we had to have two extension cords in the room to be able to charge our laptops, phones et cetera. The hair dryer was cheap and smelled like it would catch on fire any second. We didn't have any wifi. We had to ask for an extra router to be put in to have it. When you arrive there's no sign where the reception is, you think it'll be in the start but it's actually in the end. We had at least 2 other guests walk past us on our porch to ask where it was. Even the sign with the name of the hotel looks like it's seen some really rough days. We booked a room for the last days on another hotel called Just come Lanta, it was much better for half the price.

Beautifully situated hotel right on the beach, simple spotless rooms and fantastic service. Family friendly. We loved it and really hope we can return one day soon. Service: 5

We (family of 4) recently stayed at Noble House Beach Resort and had a wonderful time. The rooms are basic, but very clean and close to amenities. The resort itself is beautiful, situated in Khlong Dao in a lush tropical setting. The pool and beach were both fantastic. The service from all of the staff, particularly the bar staff was 5 star. They were all so friendly and welcoming. It’s a wonderful resort, reasonably priced and in a fantastic location in Koh Lanta. We can’t wait to stay again. Service: 5
