Excellent furnishing. Excellent food as well. I came here twice for dinner and both times I ordered the tuna crostini and it looked and tasted like fine dining quality. I had pasta the first time, and steak and bone marrow the second time and I loved both. The steak was a pleasant surprise considering this restaurant is not a steakhouse afterall. My friend had salted egg yolk squid ink pasta with prawns I believe which I didn’t take a picture of; that was really flavorful too! One tiny flaw was that the toilet was situated in the mall next to the restaurant and it was raining that day so my friend had to brace the rain but otherwise everything’s cool and I’m looking forward to visiting again already! The Old Book Store in Causeway Bay is an absolute must-visit for anyone seeking an "IG-able" dining experience. The vintage-inspired decor creates a cozy, aesthetic vibe that is perfect for photography We started with the chilled French clams, which were tossed in a zesty Thai-style sweet and sour sauce it was incredibly refreshing and served as a perfect palate cleanser. If you’re ordering the fries make sure you have a crowd; the portion is massive and definitely meant for sharing! For the main course, the Typhoon Shelter Spanish Pork Rack was a revelation Topped with crispy potato chips for an extra savory crunch, the pork was impressively thick yet remained succulent and tender. The Wagyu Sirloin was equally well-executed cooked perfectly to medium so the meat stayed juicy without being overdone. The true highlight, however, was the Tiramisu Basque Cheesecake It was the best dish of the day—velvety smooth with a sophisticated boozy kick that balanced the rich cheese flavor beautifully.
