大きなベビーカー、夜の子供連れにも関わらず、丁寧に対応していただきありがとうございました。 注文の際、味付けや調理の仕方など細かく説明していただき助かりました。美味しい料理と雰囲気でよいクリスマスとなりました。 味付けはお酒に合わせるためか濃い目なので、次は夫婦でゆっくり飲めるようになってからまたお邪魔させていただきます。. 5 minutes from Kobe Station, enjoy fresh and rich oysters delivered daily in a fantastic space overlooking Kobe Bay [The Oyster Bar Kobe] The restaurant has a cool, modern glass-walled interior with a variety of seating options, including sofa chairs and bench seats, allowing you to enjoy a direct ocean view from every seat. This time, I decided to ask for a la carte recommendations. Oyster plates can be prepared in various ways. A special plate from "Oyster Bar Kobe" that includes a total of 10 pieces of oysters. Today's 4 pieces of raw oysters are from Kamaishi, Miyagi Prefecture, and are served with lemon and ponzu sauce to enjoy the light scent of the ocean. The fried oysters come in two types: tartar sauce and tonkatsu sauce, and the meat is plump and the outside is crispy. It's large and very filling! Assorted appetizers Grissini ham roll, Quail eggs pickled in balsamic vinegar, Mussels steamed in white wine, This is a potato salad that gives you a sense of the high quality of each individual dish. The pasta is Oyster and bacon aglio olio Spicy pasta with large oysters and thick grilled bacon, accented with garlic and chili peppers. The dessert is handmade catalana with mille crepe Delicate caramel candy work. The mille crepe is mildly sweet and goes perfectly with the rich catalana. The location with an outstanding atmosphere and a close view of Kobe Port Port Tower is perfect for birthdays and anniversaries.
