The Pallet was the highlight of our food experience on our whole journey through Thailand! We visited this place at least one time a day during our stay. The couple who is running this restaurant is totally friendly and funny. They made us feel really comfortable. Not to forget are their great cooking skills. We totally fell in love with their excellent currys. It doesn´t matter whether green or red it is the best we`ve ever had :D. Even when I wasn´t able to come to the restaurant due to an injury my boyfriend brought me their curry to our bungalow. And I dare to say that I was soon better off because of their delicious food. Simply for the palett Koh phayam is a place worth visiting. Take a bit of time and enjoy a taste sensation in a relaxing atmosphere. Best wishes Hannah and Benedikt from Germany
